Have you been doing any writing over the summer? The Live Ideas Summer Institute is the perfect time to showcase it! The institute will be held this summer from Aug. 2nd – 8th from 6:30-8pm. All pieces are welcomed: fiction or nonfiction, essays or poems, short stories, and artwork! The purpose of these institutes is to help students perfect their pieces alongside their scholarly and artistic peers. There is also a $250 scholarship for those who attend all sessions of the institute. The institute will begin on Wednesday, August 2nd, and continue onto Thursday, 3rd. From there, we will break for Friday and the weekend to give students ample time to revise their pieces. We will then meet back up on Monday, August 7th and conclude the institute on Tuesday, August 8th. Due to limited campus access over the summer, the institute will be held virtually over Zoom.
