The Live Ideas Institutes are beginning again on Oct. 13th-19th from 7:00 – 8:30 PM with a three day weekend off–4 sessions. Students completing all four sessions will receive a $250 scholarship! This upcoming institute will only be workshopping nonfiction essays. Papers on the social sciences, philosophy, mathematics, economics, music theory, etc. are all encouraged! The institute will begin on Wednesday, continue on Thursday, and then we will return together on Monday and Tuesday to finalize your pieces and have you present to the group! Also, feel free to submit your workshopped pieces for our nonfiction essay competition on Oct. 22nd (the top papers will receive prize money)!
